ATPL Theory covers all 14 ATPL subjects and is offered as a full time course at our academy or as a distance learning DL. Your choice of either attending Noir Flight Academy for 20 weeks on a full time basis, or to study in the comfort of your own home under our professional guidance. ATPL Online Course Description
This course can be completed with in 2 stages. Each stage covers 325 theory hours within 10 weeks end 7 subjects. After successful completion of each stage the candidate can be released for ATPL Theory exams at any EASA member state Aviation Authority.
ATPL Theory part consists of 650 hours of self-studies as well as classroom time to be completed in 8 months.

How to study for ATPL Theory?
There are 14 ATPL subjects and students take lessons of these subjects as distance learning method.
ATPL Theory Studying Tips and Advices
Our advice to you, in terms of preparing for the exams, is that do not plan to use all 6 sessions. It is true that you have 6 sessions, but planning to use 6 sessions is a bit risky. If you fail any of the courses in the last session, you will have to start the ATPL process all over again and it will become an annoying and exhausting situation for you. But this does not mean that; Prepare for 14 lessons in one session and make all exams. This time, you will be overloaded with yourself and mix everything together.
Dividing ATPL Theory Subjects
The healthiest way is to divide 14 lessons into 3 and make a plan as if you will pass in 3 sessions in the form of 5-5-4 lessons. If this is too heavy for you, you can divide it into 4 and make your plan as 4-4-3-3. You can prepare for the topics you desire and take the exam so the choice of subject is entirely up to you.
Diffulty Levels of ATPL Theory Subjects
The difficulty levels of the subjects are different from each other. As an example, the Air Law lesson is much simpler compared to General Navigation. If we are going to take 4 subjects exams, choosing all of them from easy ones or hard ones is not logical. Instead you can select 2 easy subjects and 2 difficult subjects. Given that the grade to pass the exam is as high as 75, you must make sure that you are well prepared and ready to take the exam before you enter the exam. Taking into consideration that you have the right to stay 3 times from each course, It will be logical to use these rights economically.
Recommendation
We recommend you to read the books of all subject and be familiar with the subjects. Once you are familiar with the subject, you can continue studying as solving the test. There may be different platforms for testing. There are a lot of questions on the Aviation exam platform. If you wish, you can work on this platform and enter the exam, or you can prepare for the exam from the more simplified platforms of the pool from another sources. As a result, questions arise from these pools in real exams.
